She enjoys working with industry experts from the manufacturers she represents to the customers she calls on. Restronics Corporate provides invaluable support for their field offices to more effectively reach their target markets and respond appropriately to requests. She has great interest in the diversity of customer applications within the Florida manufacturers and enjoys working to find the best solutions for their manufacturing and production challenges. The rapid changes in technology keep work interesting and dynamic. She strives to always be on the lookout for new information she can introduce to her customers in Florida.

Joan has been a member of the Space Coast SMTA for many years serving as Treasurer and currently President. She finds the organization is a great resource for educational support for customers in the area. She strives to increase member participation by working with other board members to bring in speakers of interest for chapter meetings and events and likes to participate in fun outings such as the annual golf and fishing tournaments.

Joan is an avid runner who has run 45 marathons stateside and internationally. She met her husband Paul at a race and they have continued that hobby as a family by combining running with their love of travel. One of their favorite trips and biggest challenges was summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro.
